Peter has spent the last decade advising founders, business owners, and internal finance teams. He started Davis Strategic Services because he wanted to continue this work independently, for clients he chose, on his own terms, with skin in the game.

Most recently, Peter led the national finance function at InCorp Advisory, providing outsourced finance services to a portfolio of growth-stage businesses across Australia and beyond. He supported founders and leadership teams with strategic reporting, cashflow management, and decision-making.

Earlier in his career, Peter was a private business adviser at William Buck in Adelaide, where he worked closely with some of South Australia's largest private companies and family-owned businesses.

Beyond his client work, Peter is an active angel investor in Australian technology, backing early-stage founders through Davis Enterprises, and serves as a military officer in the Australian Army Reserve. He also mentors founders through Startmate, Cicada Innovations, and ThincLab, and has guest lectured at Adelaide University.
